Our in-house design department works with you to identify, install and test the best solution for you. They will consider all possible elements of your power requirements – including civil work, transformers, control and switch gear, AMF and synchronous controls, generator and UPS, acoustic and complete fuel solutions.

Our design work includes all drawings, specifications and other documentation. Our professional team will always make sure that everything we recommend satisfies your objectives; complies with all relevant standards, specifications and regulations; and is economical to procure, deliver, install, and maintenance. We use AUTOCAD to provide drawings, method statements and risk assessments for your approval.

In the most cost-effective way, we will install and fully project manage your new power solution to the exacting controls and standards required using our accredited ISO system. All designs are reviewed and signed off according to our ISO9001 procedures and all component suppliers and sub-contractors have to pass our rigorous ISO 9001\14001 assessment.

Once external electrical items are installed and site equipment is tested and approved, we will undertake generator commissioning and do a final handover on site. This includes a full mains failure and black-start test to make sure everything meets your needs.

Our tailored packages of HV and LV transformers have HV switchgear for standalone processes or close coupled LV equipment. All HV transformers are air cooled or force ventilated to increase output by up to 40% and come with close coupled HV cable boxes, HV switches and ring main units. LV transformers are fully welded and modular sheet steel construction cubicles are available.
