THE CHP COMMISSIONING PROCESS
In a process referred to as co-generation, CHP technology drastically reduces energy wastage by utilising expended heat to produce additional power. Innovative and highly effective, CHP generators are designed to use this expended heat effectively, producing extra power.
By utilising the heat, a CHP system will provide excellent efficiency, whilst also lowering the cost of power and heat energy too. Commonly, CHP is used as a source for hot water systems and for powering central heating. With traditional diesel-powered generators losing up to 70% of wasted energy through lost steam, CHP makes an excellent alternative.
