We offer a comprehensive fuel storage and distribution and design service. That covers everything above and below ground and extends to a full dedicated after sales service, which includes annual inspections, so you have peace of mind going forward.
Your specific installation will be looked after by an expert team and individually processed. Our in-house designers are experienced in both above and below ground applications and will make sure that everything is manufactured to PPG environment regulations, so you can rest assured that the environment is protected against spillage and leakage.
PIPEWORK DESIGN & INSTALLATION
Should your site require double skinned pipework and bespoke, specialised fuel transfer systems, then you can rely on WB Power. Our in-house sales team have extensive, specialist experience of fuel system design and installation.
FUEL TANK DESIGN & INSTALLATION
WB Power services are able to offer generator fuel system installations on above and below ground fuel storage tanks from 500 up to 150,000 litres in capacity. We have the experience to deal with projects of all sizes, with all our installed fuel tanks complying to DEFRA & Environment Agency regulations.
We also provide fuel tank hire.
FUEL SCRUBBING
A fuel scrubbing (otherwise known as fuel polishing) system is vital for a diesel-powered emergency power system such as a generator. They are able to eradicate the possibility of an engine failure due to contamination from things such as water, microbes and solid particulates. WB Power can offer fuel scrubbing as part of an installation or a maintenance package, all our parts conforming to EN590 standards.
OLD TANK/FUEL WASTE REMOVAL
WB Power has decades of experience in diesel generator fuel tank decommissioning, recycling, and removal services for projects of all sizes. WB’s engineering team are thoroughly trained and qualified in the removal and recycling of oil and fuel tanks, both above ground and below. They’re highly qualified to decommission and remove redundant oil storage tanks, with extensive experience in all environments from underground plant rooms through to rooftop fuel tanks.
PRESSURE TESTING
With modern fuel being containing a large amount of additives, generator fuel tanks are much more prone to corrosion and leaking than ever before. Regular pipeline and fuel tank pressure testing can be performed by WB Power as part of a generator maintenance contract, or as a one off if you’d prefer. A regular check gives your fuel system a thorough check and drastically reduces the risk of system failure.
FUEL TANK INSPECTIONS
Did you know that an annual fuel tank inspection is a legal requirement? Regardless of your business and/or fuel tank size, WBPS are fully qualified to inspect your bunded fuel tanks and ensure they are fully compliant.
